Iron Blosam Resort — Activities Signup · Policy version 1.0

This notice explains what we collect when you use the activity signup site, why, how long we keep it, and your choices. We only collect analytics data after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

What we collect

Essential (always active). Data strictly needed to run the signup — your session and security tokens, and the room number and email you submit to sign up. This is not used for analytics.

Analytics (only with your consent). Device and browser type, screen size, language, timezone, connection quality, and page-load and timing measurements. Your IP address is truncated and one-way hashed before storage — we do not keep your raw IP — and is used only for a coarse (city/region) location estimate.

Behavioral (only with your consent). How you interact with the pages — scroll depth, clicks, time on page, and which signup steps you complete — to help us improve the flow.

Precise location (only if you allow it separately). Exact location is never collected unless your browser prompts you and you allow it for a specific feature.

We do not record keystroke contents, and we do not track you across other websites. Analytics records are kept under a random identifier, not your name, room, or email.

Why we collect it

To understand how the signup is used, fix problems, measure performance, and improve the experience. We collect only what is needed for those purposes.

How long we keep it

Raw analytics events are retained for a limited period (target 30–90 days) and then deleted or aggregated. Your consent record is kept as proof of your choice.
